2. Services TaxTopEdge provides professional accounting and related administrative support for private and business clients. Our services include document preparation, tax handling, financial analysis, and advisory related to accounting procedures.

3. Client Responsibilities Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information required for accounting work. TaxTopEdge is not responsible for issues caused by incomplete or incorrect data provided by the client.

4. Fees and Payment All fees are stated in advance or agreed upon in writing. Payments must be made according to the issued invoice. In case of delayed payment, TaxTopEdge may suspend ongoing work until full payment is received.

5. Refund Policy Refunds are available only when a written request is submitted within 10 days after the service delivery. Refunds apply solely to unperformed or incorrectly executed work as determined by internal review. Processing time may take up to 30 days.

6. Limitation of Liability TaxTopEdge shall not be held liable for indirect losses, missed deadlines, or third-party consequences. Responsibility is limited to direct errors resulting from proven negligence during service performance.

7. Confidentiality All data shared with TaxTopEdge is treated as strictly confidential. We protect client information according to Swiss data protection standards.
